Duties Of Class Captain And Vice Class Captain

1
To be in charge of their class.  To collect/keep attendance card safely.

To get the Attendance Card signed by every subject teacher at the beginning of each period.
3
To submit both Attendance Cards to Usher by the end of the first period.
4
Accompany pupil who is sick or who is leaving early to Usher’s office.
5
To report any breakage or any other problem to the Rector/Deputy Rector/ Usher.

To motivate classmates to keep the class tidy.

To motivate classmates to keep the school premises tidy.
8
To maintain order between periods and breaks.
9
To maintain order during the absence of the teacher.
10
To act as spokesperson of the class.

To provide assistance to teachers, Form Teachers towards the smooth running of the class.
12
To report Rector/Deputy Rector any case of indiscipline during lunch/break.
13
To inform Rector within 5 minutes if the replacement teacher does not turn up.
14
To report to Rector/Deputy Rector any pupil who is present at school but absent in the register.
15
To perform orderly duties/school functions and help in the smooth running of the school.
